Change happens through movement and movement heals.
Kylie started her movement journey when she was 19 years old, stumbling into her first yoga class. As someone with scoliosis, she used her practice to ease her back pain and live more comfortably.
Since that first class, Kylie dove into learning about the body. She received her 200 Registered Yoga Teaching certificate form It's Yoga Cincinnati and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. Kylie is also completing her Pilates instructor training through Balanced Body.
Black Cat Yoga was founded on the idea that movement and exercise can be fun and engaging! Our class are small so the instructor can get to know you and your goals personally. You can expect to work your core and leave class feeling stronger and taller than you did before.
