FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I wear?

Anything comfortable. We recommend leggings or shorts and a shirt you can move in, but we've seen people in sweatpants. No shoes in the studio space.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes! We ask that our students book their classes at least two hours in advance. Our studio is small and intimate so it is very important to reserve your space in advance to make sure there is adequate room for you to practice. We also like to make sure our teachers know how to prepare for class.

What should I bring?

Yourself! We have mats and props to borrow. If you tend to get thirsty after class, you may want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

What happens if I cancel late or don't show?

We understand that life happens. We ask that our students and guests cancel at least two hours in advance of their scheduled time. If you cancel after the window, you will either lose that class from your package or forfeit the class fee. If a student no-shows three times or more, the studio director may cancel the student's bookings moving forward.

What type of class should I expect?
